Refund Policy

Refunds are permitted under the following terms:

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance: Full refund.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours in advance: 50% refund.

Absolutely NO refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.

The company accepts no responsibility for actions taken on behalf of third parties, including agents acting for others, which may result in damages or injuries.Come to Jamaica Tours' liability is limited solely to inquiries governed by Jamaican law. By purchasing a tour from Come to Jamaica Tours, the customer waives any claims against the company for delays, loss of time, damages, or injuries of any kind, and acknowledges that no claims can be made if any portion of the tour is canceled or altered due to circumstances beyond the company's control.
